When I work 7p-7a, I don't take my pill in the a.m. When I get ready for work, I eat dinner (lunch for me) and when I get to work about 1.5 hrs later I take my pill. Around 3a I take half a pill and it usually holds me till I get home. I take snacks to work for those in between times when I get a little hunger pain or I'm bored. But it's stuff like applesauce 90 cals, or granola bar-100 cals. This has worked for me. When I'm off, I go back to my off day schedule. The first day I'm off though, I sleep for half the day and take my 1st dose when I get up and don't need the second dose cause by then it's late.
