Smile Phen Newbie
Hey guy! Just started Phen today. Nervous about it but excited to see all the support around here. Weight is such a touchy subject so it's great to have other people to turn to. I'm at my highest weight of 175lbs and my target goal is 125lbs. My roommate is on Phen as well and has lost a significant amount of weight but I also think she doesn't eat. I, personally, dont want to do that! I'd like to be sure I can keep the weight off when I get off of Phen. Between working full time and going to night school full time...it's hard to find ways to eat healthy and exercise. But, I'm tired of the excuses and ready to do something about it!

hi ali8461. trust me you can do it. i also work fulltime +overtime, fulltime student at night and a single parent of 11yr old and 8yr old boys. im active with them but i make sure i squeeze my exercise in. after work at 2:30 i head straight for the gym for 1 1/2 hr, go home by then the kids are home from school, spend time with them while cooking and helping with homework. by 6:30 i'm off to school. get home between 8:30 and 9 spend a little more time with kids, put them to bed and do my homework. i'm usually in the bed by 10:30pm. on the weekends i study and take the kids to basketball practices and games. hey i'm a busy mom.....but somehow i still have time to talk to yall (LOL) WTF!!!!

Welcome! I agree with you, you definitely want to eat while taking Phen. If your roommate isn't eating, she/he isn't healthy. The weight may be falling off fast, but once Phen is stopped, it will all pile back on. You have to teach yourself healthy eating habits! Good luck!

i'm new to phen but know you definatly have to eat. i'm on a 600 cal diet and and supervised by a dr. he told me if i dont eat he will take me off the program. the irony of it is i was so discouraged by the 600 cal and the first week i was a bit hungry but now i have to force myself to eat the full ammount to make the goal. I am used to eating so much less now and i hope when i stop the med i will continue to eat right and not overeat as i have done in the past.
