Dont' take Alli... it's a waste of money. If you eat less fat and make better choices, it's the same thing as not absorbing 30%. It's just an excuse to eat more if your body isn't going to absorb it, you know? Plus, I heard if you do eat too much fat, you could have a accident in your pants!! Gross! If you take phen and do WW, you'll be doing just fine. Just make sure you eat at least 1200 cals a day.
