Default CALORIE INTAKE ADVICE....
For people wondering about what calories they need.....

My opinion is that 1200 cals is fine for someone who weighs 160 and wants to get down to 130. But, for people who are over 200 lbs, that's not enough. It takes more energy to move around than a 160 lb woman, therefore they are burning more on average than a lower weight person. Even without exercising. Their hearts are working harder, their pulse is going to be higher, etc. Most people that weigh over 200 have been eating 2500 or more cals a day, so cutting down to 1200 is way too drastic. That's why I always say 1800 is a good start until they get down below 170ish.

The lower weight you get, the harder it is to lose... so leaving room to improve is better than having no where to go.

But... that's just my opinion! LOL

Smile First Week on Phen.
Hi,
This is my first week taking phen. I see you have lost quite a bit of weight in a short period of time. Could you tell me what you did to do so well?

Thanks,
Wanda
