Lost Weight: -49 since coming here , -88 down from highest ever
Current Weight: 141
Goal Weight: 140 maybe 130 - since I haven't gotten as small as I thought i'd be by this weight

Its a sign ladies -Dula and Donna
we are all almost the same weight range with the exact goal weight. I will be 40 next month..so we are all May birthdays....We should be each others cheerleaders...lol

Well, it may not be a positive attitude exactly..But I am truly grateful. I have lost friends younger than me, have more that are in bad shape and 2 friends have died since high school.So to me it has become a gift.
My sister is grieving herself to death over it... LOL we are only 4 months apart... I'm adopted....and she is basking in the fact that I will be forty for 4 months before her. I find it amusing... its just a number... to me. I don't mind turning forty I just mind being FAT and forty....lol 'Be kinder than necessary, for everyone you meet is fighting some kind of battle.' |

I will be 45 in June. No big deal, with age comes wisdom I would not trade it for anything! I do find a lot of motivation on this site I am here daily reading but don't post to often glad to see some "older" girls in the mix. |

I'm 42...turned it in February! I didn't think I would like the 40's and I'm still adjusting, but yes, I am very thankful to be alive. My husband is 45 and when he was almost 40, he had a horrific motorcycle accident and I'm very lucky and thankful that I still have him around!! I count my blessings every single day for that!!!
