Default Anyone else slow start then kick into high gear?
So ive had no appitite. I usually flucuate between 160 and 158. I havent flucated at all, maintaining 158-157 during this week on phen. But i after seeing all your results im getting upset. I agree i have no appitite. Ive been forcing myself to eat a min. of 1000 cals a day but still no weight loss. I work out a ton. I do cardio/weights, etc. Im so bummed.

i called my dr. to see if i could double my dosage. they said no, but im thinking i should since all you guys have had such great results on 37.5. I woudl be on 30 mgs then but im nervous to do so. Plus then my script would run out faster...

anyone else out there had a slow start then it kick into high gear?

All the Phen does for you is control your appetite, and it sounds like that part is working for you. That's probably why they're not going to up your dosage. Phen won't make you lose weight just by taking it. It's not a magic pill, it's simply a tool to help you eat less and be more comfortable while eating less. Remember to drink a ton of water and get lots of protein. Maybe you should re-evaluate WHAT you're eating. If you eat a high protein/low carb diet that would probably be a better choice... are you already doing something like that? Just stick with it and eventually you'll see the scale start moving. your probably right. I eat oatmeal or egg whites reguarly for bfast, but then have no appitete for the remainder of the day. I made sure to eat bfast this am prior to taking my pill though, so at least i have something in my stomach. I drank a protein shake the other day...something i would never do normally cuz its so many cals. but it was the only way i could easily get in 44 grams of protein!

How many grams of protein do you all normally try to eat in one day?

I don't really count protein grams... I just make sure to eat 500 calories of protein and then add 2 cups of green veggies. I've heard a couple of people say that they shoot for 90 grams of protein a day. Sometimes I hit that and sometimes I don't. It just depends on what meats I ate that day.

I wonder if you're eating enough, especially with all of the exercising that you are doing. Why don't you try eating maybe 1200 calories & see what happens. I count calories & try to eat 1200 but some days its less. When I did weight watchers I usually ate my exercise calories/points & I still had a loss each week. I fully understand trying to eat when you are not hungry, its tough. I take 37.5 mg & most days I have to make myself eat.

Height 5'7
SW - 178 (2-20-08)
GW- 155
Lost 16.4 lbs in 6 weeks on phen
Lost additonal 9.6 after phen from 4-9-08 to 6-20-08
Below goal & size 8 in most things 6-20-08
