Good morning, all. My doctor gave me a prescription for phen yesterday. 37.5mg, if I remember correctly. I've been following the Smart for Life plan for 10 weeks and have lost 15 pounds, but nothing in the past 3 weeks. He tells me this will help get me going again. My ultimate goal is 150, but right now, I just want to get to 195.

I'll be taking my first dose here in a few minutes. I don't know if I'm excited or scared to death...

Hello All,

I just joined the forum today.... I was taking Phentermine some time ago and did great, but I stopped and gained the weight back. I recently went to a weight loss center and was doing total meal replacements, however it is just too expensive - $180 a week. Long story short I live in Central Jersey - does anyone happen to know a Dr. that I can go to who will perscribe phentermine so I can begin taking it again. Desperately seeking Dr. for Phentermine.

Thanks for the welcome, ladies.

I sometimes forget that, in the scope of all things, I'm doing okay with my WL so far.

I'm so glad I found this site before I started taking the pills and didn't get freaked out about the side effects. I've been jittery most of the day. I plan to get and stay active on this board, so I'll definitely update my progress.

Dr. gave me a script of Adipex...starting it tommorow! I am sooo ready to lose weight. I have been struggling since a kid. Played every sport you can in middle and high school and still never lost a pound...I hope this works!!

Hello All! I am new here, too. I started taking Phen a week ago tomorrow and I have lost 10 lbs already but I am a little nervous because I have to REMIND myself to eat! (trust me - THAT never happened before). Does that happen to anyone else? Also - is anyone else really working out? I find that I still don't have the drive to totally immerse myself into a regular work-out routine. I try - trust me.... I try - but it's sporadic at best (bad - I know). What is everyone else doing? Any helpful hints? Good luck to you all!!
