Hello Everyone! Newbie from Indiana!

Hello to you all!

I am a new member today, and am very interested in learning what I can from you, as well as offering anything I may know. I was on phentermine for a year about 2 years ago. I lost 65 lbs. in less than a year. I had an awesome body. But since, I went off of phentermine. I gained 40 lbs. back, and now am so depressed. I just started taking it again yesterday, and am looking for support. I need help getting motivated again; it's so hard. I'm not afraid to admit that gaining back the weight has hurt my self esteem greatly. I don't even feel sexy anymore. Can anyone help me? Maybe you've been down this road and can tell me how to get back on track. Thanks so much, and peace to you all!

I know how it feels to go from being sexy to frumpy and not feeling good about yourself. You are not alone. The good news is that you have done this before and so YOU WILL do it again. Just try to focus on your goal and take it one day at a time. You are going to do just fine. I am rooting for you.
