water pills, chromium pills, and B-12 shots

i am new to this and should be getting my phen pills on Wednesday...i noticed many of you mentioned water pills, chromium pills, and B-12 shots...i am not familiar with these. What do they do...should i look into them???

Welcome Homefry! I am certainly no doctor but this is the gist of what I know.

water pills --helps rid you of water rentention


chromiuim -- is said to maximize fat loss


b-12 shot --- increases engery ( I was told by my doctor to just by the pills over the counter you get the same effect.

Chromium also helps regulate your blood sugar. Just be careful cause it will build muscle mass quickly which could give you the appearance (on the scale) that you aren't losing weight or you are gaining. When I took it, I gained muscle quick.
