Hi everyone! My name is Melody. I live in Illinois along the Mississippi River and am the mother of three children, ages 20, 17, and 16. We also have the 17 year old daughter of a friend living with our family so she can finish school here. So as you can probably guess, things are busy!

I have been reading about Phen for quite a few months now. I know there are pros and cons (as there is with everything) but for me, at this time, the pros outweigh the cons -- so here I am. I picked up my prescription this afternoon and will be starting tomorrow. I am so excited for this chance that I can't hardly stand it!

I do have a question, though...what dosages is everyone on? My Dr. prescribed 37.5 mg per day, beginning with half of that for the first four days. Is 37.5 per day low??

I'm looking forward to getting to know all of you!

You will LOVE it here. It's addicting. Feel free to ask lots of questions, you'll get so many ladies (and some fellas) input.

As for my dose 37.5 . I take half in the morning - half in the afternoon (but I'm on a break for it for a little bit)
I love it - it's definately my drug of choice.

Hello...I am new to this forum as well. I see how everyone supports eachother and think I will positively gain from that. I live in Texas and have had a constant struggle with my weight. I have been on phentermine for 8 days now and have lost 6lbs. I am taking 30 mg of phentermine but still feel hungry, any suggestions? I try to exercise on a daily basis but it can be difiicult to find time with a full time job and being a fulltime student. I wish you all the best and I hope I can be of some kind of help to all of you as well.

Thanks Vana! I would love to be able to offer suggestions, but I don't start my first dose until tomorrow!

Is 30 mg. the maximum dose your dr. gave you? I am on 37.5.

Yes....that is the maximum dose, I will talk to him about a higher dose on my next visit.

Since you are just starting you may be able to knock those 10lbs off in a blink of an eye!!!

I'm new also and been looking to start phen for quite a while. I just moved to the North Carolina area and do not have a medical doctor that will prescribe them. Can anyone recommend a website to purchase the 37.5 mg phen on.

Hi everyone! I just started my diet today. I live in Los Angeles, so there's a MediZone center near me I've been hearing about through friends. I've been wanting to join for a while because of their positive experiences with the diet, but I didn't want to until I knew I would have the motivation and self-control. I'm taking Phendimetrazine 35mg, 2 pills 3 times a day. This is the standard one the center prescribes, but it doesn't sound like others use this? Good luck to everyone & remember that deciding to start a serious diet / making a lifestyle change such as this is the hardest part!

Looks like you're doing great Gettin' Skinny in 08! I've lost quite a bit of weight after my first day, but I know it's mostly water weight, so I'm not going to beat myself up once it slows down. Keep up the good work!

I'm taking Phendimetrazine also, 35mg three times a day. Just to give you a little tid bit... if you see someone mention "Phend" on here they're referring to Phendimetrazine. I think there might be something called Phen-D, but I'm not toally sure what that one is. But anyway, Phend is what most people call it on this forum. There are several of us users lurking out there!
