Starting Over - Phentermine.com

I thought I would do a quick intro since today is my first day.

My name is Laura, I'm 36 and married to Steve for 17 1/2 years. We have 2 boys, 16 3/4 years old and a 13 year old. 3 dogs, a great dane, a dane mix and a poodle. Oh yeah and 2 birds, Peanut and Butter. We live in Western Kentucky around the beautiful lakes.

I was on phen, oh geesh it must of been 5 or 6 years ago now. I lost quit a bit of weight as I was also doing Body for Life at the same time. I was finally happy with my body. Lot's of things have happened since then. I'm an emotional eater so needless to say I gained back what I had lost and added more to it even. I am miserable and ready to stop this craziness.

I was always very little until I had kids and went through a major bout of depression. I'm still dealing with depression to this day.

That's where part of the weight problem came from. I was put on one med and gained 42 lbs in one month. Doc finally changed my med because I refused to take it. At this point I'm up to 260lb and completely hate it!! I don't feel good, I can't do **** without being worn out...

Anyways, I'm ready to get started and get this weight off.

I just wanted to wish you the best of luck! I started over today also. From your entry it sounds like we have a whole lot in common...with the exception that I am just a few years older than you. I also took the phen. a couple of years ago and lost about 70 pounds.

But, then it just came back from nowhere.

I have been feeling the same as you, so tired and hating myself. So, last night I went back to my weight Dr. and she prescribed a new pill to me. The name is Bontril...I took it this morning and I don't even want to eat.

WHAT A WONDERFUL FEELING! WOW first time in a long time. I also had a b-12 shot . It gave me a lot of energy.

I have felt great all day!

A little about me, I am now a grandmother of 5

they are beautiful. The mother of 5 sons. What a blessing they have been. I have 3 new daughters thanks to my sons...with 2 more on the. My last 2 sons are engaged Ha Ha.

Just a little about me...I have a wonderful husband of 32 years. MY childhood sweatheart. I live in Louisville.

Hi Laura, glad to have you aboard! Losing weight will definitely happen for you, so get ready, because your life is about to change!! I think you joined at the best time, spring is around the corner, and we want to look our best when the coats come off!!!

Gettingthin: I think we have a lot in common, that we are part of the "older" generation on this site!! I am also a grandmother, I have two grown daughters (one of whom is engaged, and I see him as my son already), and a precious 5 1/2 year old grandson from my other daughter, and he is my heart totally!! I have been married to my wonderful husband for 29 years, it will be our 30th anniversary this June, the date where I want to reach goal --

I welcome both of you to our phen family -- drink lots of water, exercise, cut back on your portions, and definitely read the posts on this site. Also join a challenge if you want, they are also excellent, and note that most of us hang out in the "Experience with Phentermine" threads - let's lose this weight together!
