New here & on phend
Just wanted to say hey I am just starting my weight loss ( went to dr. 2day) anyway my name is Jamie I am 30 & i have about 85lbs. to lose. I let these last 35 sneak up on me in the last 1 &1/2 since I quit work & went back to school. It was bad before with the 50 extra lbs. but it is awful now. I am so excited & a little nervous. I am trying the phend with a low carb diet & hoping there are a few others in my boat.
