Hi everyone!

I am Tiffany and I am here to join you all in your journey to loosing some weight. I have taken Phentermine in the past and it has worked very well for me so I am anxious to get started and ready to see the results. I started taking my pills (30 mg) yesterday and so far, so good. I have lost a whole 2 lbs, yay, which is probably just water weight but it still feels great.

Last time I took Phentermine, I was able to loose over 30 lbs in about 2 1/2 months and am hoping for the same results, if not better. This time around, I am about 20 more lbs at the start but I have decided to make some changes this time around, like being more active and when I eat, I am eating healthy choices.

Well, just wanted to briefly introduce myself. I look forward to getting to know everyone on here and hope we can support each other!

Kudos to you Tiffany for kicking both your bad habits. I have never smoked but I hear that it is a hard thing to quit. You are well on your way to a healthy new you. Welcome aboard, we are glad to have you.

2 lbs in two days that is amazing! I am starting my first phen in the morning just picked up prescription this afternoon ! I 'm really excited and nervous all at the same time- my doctor wasn't real specific on what to eat. She just handed me a bunch of sample menus. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!!

Honestly, the less calories and more healthy foods you eat, the better. I think it depends on the person but I have taken Phentermine on a few different occasions in the past and everytime I have not followed an specific sort of diet regimen and pretty much just ate what I wanted. I lost weight but I put a lot of it back on.

The phentermine (if it works with your body correctly) should make you fell very little, if any urge to eat. Many times, you will be forcing yourself to eat, at least I did. It really helps to control the urges for unecessary eating, which is probably my worst bad habit.

I guess my best advice would be to eat healthy and exercise because not only will you have better results but you will be more likely to keep off the weight because you are making better habits in your overall lifestyle that wil stick after the phentermine! Good luck tomorrow!
