Default 2 weeks still hungry no loss PLEASE help
Hi =)
12 days ago I got a script from Doctor b/c I am at a 5 month stall. Did low carb for 8 months and lost 72 pounds - YEAH ME.... After all this, I refuse to believe that 152 is the lowest I am capable of going.... Started Phentermine 12 days ago, experience no appetitie change. I do get the happy buzzed feeling but nothing regarding help with eating....I am taking 37.5 mg once a day in the morning, but as of yesterday began to split them up and do one at 8am and another at 2pm- still no change.. I know the pharmacy gave me the correct pill b/c it is blue with little white dots on it, I get the buzz, I get more energy and my mouth is extremely dry... What gives??? I eat basically salads and proteins all day, exercise 6 days a week and STILL nothing..... When I begna losing weight I would have been thrilled to get down to 152, but geez enough already I can do this -or at least I thought I could.... Any suggestions you have would be wonderful b/c I feel like I am taking a medication for absolutely no purpose you know? Also, what's up with the 5HTP addiition? I have some of that and could add that in but wondered what it did...

ok u did not mention what ur water intake is like, how much are u drinking everyday?. How much salt is in ur diet? and do u do enough cardio at the gym. try giving ur body a shock by cutting out the protein for a week. sounds like ur on point with the everything, But we are at some point on a road block, but dont give up. We just need to work harder because our body is being resistant. hope i am making sense.

Current weight 137
Goal of 120 (yup maybe in my dreams) will be happy with 125 lbs

My MD told me for a fact that if u feel like ur starving its because u aren't drinking enough water. I had that problem initially and now that I drink the amounts that i am supposed to, i actually forget to eat. Protein is good, but if it's a large consumption of pork, dark meat, meat with skin, or beef it could very well be ur enemy

What I have found to make the biggest difference in how hungry I feel is how long I wait after taking my pill to eat. If I get up and take my pill and then wait 30mins to an hour before eating I feel full pretty much all day. If you're taking it on a full stomach or right before breakfast I would suggest trying to switch it up a little bit. Maybe take it when you first get up, shower, get ready, etc... and then eat.
