Default 1st weeks success!!
hey everyone...my name is dionne...I have just starting taking phen...this is my second week...when i went to weigh in last week i had lost 5 pounds...it was very encouraging....I am hoping to see the same results this week....I have been eating right, drinking lots of water, and exercising a ton....I am hoping i can get through th initial excitment phase....I don't want to give up when i lose some of my motivation...I am hoping the weigh ins can be enough....I am really depressed with my weight...i just had a baby three months ago and put on 60 pounds...and i already had 20 i wanted to lose before the pregnancy....I did lose 20 after birth but that leaves me with 60 to go....I am also concerned about having the saggy skin...does anyone have advise???

Congrats on your success. Good start! Sorry to say I don't have much advise on the saggy skin. I guess just good old fashion excercise.
Stick with it. We're hear to listen when you need us!

exactly snowflake. the gym will help you firm up. try some light weight exercise at the gym, and forget to do ur cardio.

Goal of 120 (yup maybe in my dreams) will be happy with 125 lbs

Hi Dionne. I am Tasha. I have started week three of taking phentermine. I drink water, exercise 3-4 days a week and have cut my calories from 2300 to on average 1200-1400 at the advice of the office I go to. I am a nurse who started @ 254lbs and have struggled for years with my weight. One way to help with your skin is to not lose weight too fast. It doesn't have time to adjust when you go to fast. Recommended loss is around 1-2 lbs per week. Don't get me wrong, I want to lose 5 per week cause I am anxious to lose it! I want to get down to 145-150lbs. I hope to hear how you do cause I need a friend to lose weight with! P.S. At my weigh in yesterday ( 2weeks) I lost 4 lbs. I hope that's good.
