Just wanted to pop in here and say HI.....I'm new......just started taking PHEN yesterday..........My current weight is 163........I'm only 5 ft .........so I need to lose a few pounds.........would like to get down to around 130-135......if feel good that weight. I took Phen a few years ago........and did good on it, so hope it will help me this time. I need all the encouragement and advise I can get..........
