Hello everyone

I am new to this site and I am very happy to be here. I am starting my Phen tommorrow and I am determined to take them and stick to my program to keep the weight off this time. I been reading all of your posts and congrats to all of you who are losing weight. I am hoping to lose 50 pounds . I have no time frame I just want to lose weight and I know taken Phen and watching everything I eat is what I need not what I want. I been threw alot this year which is where this weight came from but it's time to think about me now.

I can't sleep..and when i go to eat i can only eat a few bite's..plus about 10 to 12 hrs after taken this pill i feel all nervous..is this a good thing

How long have you been taking it???? It's like that the first few days you take it but it should pass as your body gets more used to the Phen. When I first started I was nervous and shaky, my heart raced, and couldn't eat either but I made myself eat. I would also forget to eat but you have to make yourself eat if you can't. If you don't you won't get the full results.
