Default Question, please answer
I started phentremine two weeks ago. The first week I lost 10 pounds. WOW! This week I only lost half of a pound. I am still eating very little. I even started working out and drinking water. Is this normal? Will it kick back in?

I know its hard but you have to see the big picture.

you have lost 10.5 Lbs in two weeks. it will kick back in but probably not to the same extent as the first week.

You should also check your inches as sometimes you lose inches and not Lbs.

Keep going

Good luck

Jess if you aren't eating enough calories then your body holds on to the calories it has and your metabolism slows down. Believe it or not you have to eat more to start losing. I'm not sure what your weight to height ratio is so I don't know how many calories you need but you should ask your doctor and then try to stick with it.

I did the same thing the first week Iost 7lbs I think and the second week I lost nothing... and the next week right back on track... just keep going and the weight will come off. Like stated above make sure your are eating enough calories and drinking plenty of water. If you are doing the right thing the weight will come off and also 10.5 lbs in two weeks is totally awesome.. keep going
