I just started 3 weeks ago, My doctor makes new patients come back every 2 weeks for follow-ups, until you get situated with which mg. you need. I started out on 30mg, and then 2 weeks later the doctor moved me up to 37.5mg, My first week, I lost 8 pounds, second week 4 pounds. My first week I also wasnt hungry, but then the 2nd week I finally actually felt ready to eat, I didnt have to force myself.... As far as exercising, I have a personal trainer at the gym, and the stuff that we do is pretty basic stuff... Try toe touchs, thats like standing on the floor at your bottom step, and one foot at a time touch the step as fast as you can (kinds like a running in place and jumping motion), for 30 seconds, then do 20 jumping jacks, then try stepping up and down on the step as fast as you can for 30 seconds, then try some crunches, try and do as many as you can stand, then sprint in place as fast as you can for 30 seconds, then try 15 sqwats, and last but not least, lower yourself into a half sqwat and hold yourself in that position for 30 seconds... Then repeat it all over again... Do a total of 3-??? sets.... One thing that I learned, if you do something once, dont ever lower your standards.... So the first time you do your crunches for example, if you do 50, then everytime you do cruches, you should do 50-or more.... My trainer also makes my jog anywhere from .25-1 mile beofre working out to get myself warmed up... And drinking plenty of water... Good Luck....
