Hi All! I am currently on day 8 and am on 37.5 mg. all last week i wasn't hungry at all,and this week i am finally wanting something. I was wondering how often do you check back in with your doctors? i don't go back to the 3rd of dec and dieng to find out if i lost anything in my first week. I added a pic of myself that was when i was 7 months Pg with my Lil Princess. when you first start doing crunches and such how many do you start out with? I am just getting started as my first week on phen i had some side effects that i wanted to see if they passed before i gave up, and today i feel so much better and am rdy to get things rolling.

Hi, welcome I'm new to all of this as of today. I'm no expert but maybe your body has gotten use to that dose already if that's possible so soon, do you think you want to up it at your next visit and also I've heard of the negative side effects that come along w/Phen have you had any? I just took my 1st pill like 15 mins ago and I'm eating breakfast right now. I hope the phen doesn't knock me on my butt lol. Well just wanted to say hi, not sure if I was much help, oh and I eat dinner late alot of times so I'm not really hungry before I go to bed but by any chance I am, I just go to sleep lol.
I WILL AND CAN DO IT!!!

I am also new to this site but not new to phentermine. I took 15mg once a day back in 2004 and lost 30 some pounds in 2 months. Yesterday I started taking 15mg again and it has done absolutely nothing for me. I took one yesterday and nothing, today I took to about 2 hours apart and still nothing.. I am still starving..I was so excited to start losing like last time but this time is way different. In 2004 when I was on it I could feel a difference within 20 minutes of taking it. I hope something changes for me so i can start losing. Congrats on everyones sucess I hope I can add to the sucess stories

I started on May 31st.For the first 3 months I went every month to the dr,then it was 2 months,and now it is every 3 months.

I am glad you are feeling better .

I am sure you will do great .

I just started 3 weeks ago, My doctor makes new patients come back every 2 weeks for follow-ups, until you get situated with which mg. you need. I started out on 30mg, and then 2 weeks later the doctor moved me up to 37.5mg, My first week, I lost 8 pounds, second week 4 pounds. My first week I also wasnt hungry, but then the 2nd week I finally actually felt ready to eat, I didnt have to force myself.... As far as exercising, I have a personal trainer at the gym, and the stuff that we do is pretty basic stuff... Try toe touchs, thats like standing on the floor at your bottom step, and one foot at a time touch the step as fast as you can (kinds like a running in place and jumping motion), for 30 seconds, then do 20 jumping jacks, then try stepping up and down on the step as fast as you can for 30 seconds, then try some crunches, try and do as many as you can stand, then sprint in place as fast as you can for 30 seconds, then try 15 sqwats, and last but not least, lower yourself into a half sqwat and hold yourself in that position for 30 seconds... Then repeat it all over again... Do a total of 3-??? sets.... One thing that I learned, if you do something once, dont ever lower your standards.... So the first time you do your crunches for example, if you do 50, then everytime you do cruches, you should do 50-or more.... My trainer also makes my jog anywhere from .25-1 mile beofre working out to get myself warmed up... And drinking plenty of water... Good Luck....

I am new to phen also. I took it for about 3 weeks and lost a whole 6 pounds. Hoping to increase that soon. My doctor gave me a 3week try, and has now agreed to 3 months and thats it - she absolutely will not give me more than 1 37.5mg dose a day and for only the 3 months. I have been reading the forums and went and got some CLA and started that today. I go to the gym but the past few weeks I haven't gotten there hardly at all. Now my schedule is getting easier and as of today I should be back to at least 3-4 times a week. I'm hoping that will increase the weight loss. I am currently at 161, and my goal is 110 - seeing as how I am 5'2" tall!! Any advice on other ways to increase the results? I still get hungry and try to drink water and eat good foods but it is so hard when it is just me and a 5 year old!! When my 3 months is up - what will I do??
