I am 30 years old, single mom and am so excited about starting this! I really want to lose about 20 lbs by Thanksgiving...want to look good at family functions My sister and I are doing the same program together!

I do have some questions about the CLA that I have seen mentioned in a lot of the posts...also if anyone else is taking B12/lipo shots along with the Phen?

yes, I just started yesterday! I get b6/b12 shots and lipo shots.I get the lipo 3times a week and the other b complex 2times a week, with 1/2 pill of phentermine for 7days and then move to one day.
