Default Newbie from Idaho here!
I'm on my second week and i have lost 11lbs now. The first week i only took half in the morning and half around 3 to get my body adjusted,oh my gosh it helped i have tried to take right off the bat a whole one and ya you would have thought someone lit a fire under my booty.then for a week now i have been takin a whole in the morning....and it may be in my head but i really think it helps to take on an empty stomach then I eat a yogurt about 40 min. later Breakfast is very important.then have a small snack at 10. So i think i'm off to a good start

That's really good. I have just finished my 2nd week as well. I have been taking a whole pill everyday for two weeks. and I just had my 2nd shot of B-12 yesterday. I lost 8lbs the first week and then 4 the second.. Its weird how it just comes off right?

HELLO TO EVERYONE I AM A NEW MEMBER AND I HAVE BEEN ONLY TAKING PHEN FOR THREE DAYS HOW I MUCH SHOULD I EXERCISE IN ORDER TO HAVE MAXIMUM BENEFITS I HAVE DRY MOUTH AND LOTS OF ENERGY BUT I DONT KNOW IF THERE IS ANYTHING ELSE I SHOULD DO SO THAT I CAN REACH TO SAME GOALS AS YOU HAVE. HELP PLEASE!

forever21 you are doing great too, just remember you need to move to loose, quicker. They say to drink alot of water, thats my down fall, it gives me heart burn. keep us all posted. God bless you on your journey.
