phen is not working! - Phentermine.com

i just started my phen yesterday and i don't notice any difference! i am on 30 mg a day. has anyone tried phen and it not worked for them?

I am not sure what is going on. Maybe you could try a stronger dosage. Are you getting the vitamin B-12 at the same time? I am taking 37.5 mg and I get the B-12 shots every other week. Basically this is the first thing I have tried that I havent been thinking about food all day. Did you take away ALL of the foods that you love? Because I still eat some foods that I love.. I just eat them in much smaller quantities.

Star1974- First of all CONGRATULATIONS for starting your weight loss journey!
I would give it a couple of days to let your body adjust to the medicine. I am on the 37.5 and the first day was similar to yours. But after that, as it built up in my system, it became too stong and I had to drop back down to half a pill once a day in the mornings. Give it some time, but hang in there. You can always call your doctor after a few days!

I may not be the best to respond because I'm not actually on Phen my doc put me on Tenuate. I feel the same way. I feel like I'm always hungry and have no energy. I've decided I'm probably hungry because I'm not eating near as much. Although I'm still eating too much and not making good choices all of the time. I am losing not as fast as I'd like but I'm doing ok. I'd say stick with it -- if it's helping you eat one small piece of lasagna instead of two big ones and garlic bread -- it's doing something. I've come to the conclusion that the more affects you have (energy , no appetitie, etc) the harder it might be to come off of when it's time to stop. I want to be in enough control that when I stop I can continue what I've been doing.
