Dr in Dallas - Phentermine.com

Hello! I am looking for a Dr in or near Dallas that will prescribe Phen. I was on it before but I was getting it online...the place closed down...so I thought I would try legally this time!!
I appreciate your help!
Also...do they file with your insurance company?
There is a place near me where the Dr will prescribe it...but they do not file your ins...it is $80 a visit..instead of your co-pay! Yikes!

Just curious where is the one that you are talking about that is $80 for the visit? I live in Ft. worth and was looking for someone on this side but willing to go to Dallas if needed. My regular doctor is no longer writing scripts for the phen.
