I am so thankfull for all the replys. Ncksgrl my lbs, right now is 187. I have two Children 6 an 23mon. I have been 210 before. I am just the type for person that it dosent take much an I gain weight, its something I haft to we aware of, but now I quit smoking...I am HUNGRY..LOL an I know that if Im not carefull I will be on up the scale...an Im also like you, dosent seem to give me the energy like it dose some, but I have problems with my energy level as well,,JUST DONT HAVE ANY! buggs me...I often take caffine pills to get the necessary done..Thanks again Every one

I crave the energy everyone has with it. I take my phen and drink about 6-7 cups of coffee a day and still don't have it. Hope it works better today for you.
Yeah, I always have to be careful with my weight. I've been up and down forever. Need to control it. Don't want my husband to have a fat wife..LOL
