Hi everyone..I was on phen in 99. I lost 25 pounds..So I'm back at it. I'm 5'7 and 240. It does not look like I weigh 240 but I know I weigh 240. I want to get to 200 first and then work it down some more...First time I was on phen I got it from a doctor. This time I ordered it online. Today is my second day. No side effects.....yet. Wish me luck

Welcome to the boards! You and I are kind of in the same boat. When I started 2 weeks ago I was 230 lbs. at 5'6". I didn't look 230 according to those around me but, I know what I was. I have lost 10 lbs. in the past 2 weeks and even though I don't see where the pounds disappeared from and I don't feel a difference in the way my clothes fit. I can see the scale #'s going down. I hope the scale is not lying to me.
