I've been doing Weight Watchers since October. I've been at a plateau since Dec 16th. I started Phen 37.5 2 weeks ago tomorrow, and I STILL am stuck.

Any suggestions? I'm so confused because on WW alone I lost 25 pounds in 10 weeks. Then I got stuck and nothing is helping.

I know how you feel...I've been on it for almost a month and only lost 2 pounds! However, I have lost 4 1/2 inches. Have you measured yourself? Maybe you are losing inches....

I was gonna say the same thing.. try measuring yourself.. I try not to be so dependent on the scale.. bc I am working out and i could be losing fat and gaining muscle and my clothes just a lil different....

I never done WW... so I dont know but others are doing WW and Phen..

Hmmm...I dont know what to tell ya...are you drinking your water?You should have atleast 64-100 oz of water a day...and calories about 1200-1500 depending on your weight...and exercise atleast 15 mins 4-6 times a week...and more when you get use to doing it.I try to walk about 1-2 miles (briskly) atleast 3-4 times a week...that helps alot.But the water really helps too...I didnt know that at first...but it really does..Good luck to ya and God bless!
