Hello everyone!!
Just started PHEN today. I am very motivated after reading all the success stories. I would like you to share what you have been eating (sample menu)while taking PHEN. I tend to get bored and not eat a variety of foods.

bbaby! Congrats on starting, I am sure you will find this pill a awesome, wonderful thing! Anyways here is a sample of what I usually eat....I am on a lowfat diet/1200 cal per day!!!!

I never eat over 900 calories, I can't I usually get to full or just don't want to eat.

Breakfast - coffee w/nonfat milk
Small nectarine
Egg beaters or 2 slices of turkey bacon

Water, and or tea...But I usually drink water..

Lunch - I either have a Lean Cuisine Meal with anywhere from 190 cal to 260 but none of my meals have over 6 grams of fat (I have found that the turkey meals have less calories and fat and taste the best!)

Mid-day Snack - A nectarine, approx. 65 cal/1 gram of fat or small banana, 90 cal/1 gram fat or 24 cherries (each cherry is about 4 calories per cherry)

Dinner - 3 oz of boiled chicken or broiled fish, 1 cup of steamed brocolli and 1/2 cup of brown rice

Evening Snack - Sugar free Pudding or 2 lowfat graham crackers (this is a treat for me!) or a piece of fruit

Then I drink water through the night! I usually can't eat all this food but it's a sample menu for you. Usually when I cook dinner, I have left overs and I take them for lunch.

Just stay focused and monitor everything you eat, be mindful of everything you put in your mouth. I also keep a journal, it keeps me abreast to everything I eat....I got that bit of advance from my doctor. Not only has it helped me to lose 25 lbs since May 29th. But I am aware of my choices and I know that after I am finished losing I will have gained a new outlook on healthier eating habits and better choices! I wish you blessing beyond belief in your weight loss journey!
