What Fat Burner can you take with Phen?

What fat burner are you taking and are there any

I was just asking myself that this morning. I know of San Tight. And heard of others useing it. But is it a fat burner? I dont know. But think i might give it a shot. I just need to know if I can take it with Phen.

CLA from GNC theyb are yellow gel like pills for I think $39.99 for a bottle of 80 pills.

As far as I know you are not to take any other "fat burning" pills with phen....I've heard of some others taking 5HTP or CLA with it, but that's it....

Oh and I just took the phen and a one a day weight smart only

If a 'fat burner' contains a stimulant, like synephrine (SAN Tight) or ephedra (Mua Hang stuff), I don't think it's ok to take because of the added stimulant effect of both.

Things like CLA or 5-htp are not stimulants and don't affect your heart rate, blood pressure, etc., and are similar to taking a multi-vitamin in terms of what it does to you.

There are certain anti-depressant type drugs that it shouldn't be used with (or 5-htp for that matter). I found a list of some interactions at

but a study there talks about Prozac with phen and there is a doctor that states he uses that combo all the time for his patients (www.************). Keep in mind this is one study, not definitive.

Phen is already a stimulant, so you have to be careful adding more to it. I am skeptical of most fat burners (having spent more on them in my past than I like to think about), and most rely heavily on caffeine. If in doubt, ask your doctor.

I don't take an actual fat burner with it but I do take relecore. Got it at walgreens for $20 a bottle
