I'm sorta kinda new. I have been on phen before and I love it. I ran out of my 37.5s sometime in June, I didn't reorder because I wanted to give my body a break. But now I'm ready to lose these last 40 pounds and I would like to reorder. *****OK so enough babble about that! I'm 5ft7.5in tall and I weigh 190. I work out 5 days a week. I do the interval training on the treadmill for 5 miles 5 days a week. I also work out with the weights. So I know my workout is not my problem it's my eating! I love food! I guess that is enough from me for now! Thanks for Listening...
