What is up with me?!?!?! My dodctor did not prescribe them to me...I just went online to the pillstore, filled out a form that a doctor supposedly looks at, and I got my pills yesterday in the mail. My girlfreind has lost 40 pounds (on Phen) and looks amazing. I ordered the 37.5 mg witht he full intention of cutting them in half for the first week or so, but the directions say not to chew or break the pill...For those of you who have halved your pills, did it say not to on any of the instructions?!?! I have been waiting for a week to get started, and now I am nervous. HELPPPPPP!

O.K.....I've calmed down a bit. One other question...does it matter if you take it on an empty stomach or with food?

Now I'm playing around with figuring out how to post pictures and a ticker. I woke up at 4:00 all frazzled and agitated, and now playing around with all this stuff is calming me down!

Thank you so much!!! I am a California mom...my baby is 7 months old, and I have a 10 1/2 year old and a 7 year old.

Yep best to start with half a pill and best on a empty stomach. When you haven't taken something before taking half is always a smart idea. See how it effects you. Cause Phen's 37.5 is the full strenght and Phen does have a tendance to cause you not to be able to sleep at night.

You'll be fine! Take a 1/2 pill and see how you feel. Mine says to take one tablet (I take 37.5 also) daily one hour before breakfast.
 I'm smaller, but have found that I am one of the oddballs that deals with one of the rare side effects of drowsiness. I don't get it bad, but i do get it. weird.  35yrs. 5 feet tall. 1stSW-173(highest pregnancy)(lost 40lbs. 4 years ago-putting me at 120lbs.) SW-138(12.16.06) CW-134(12.20.06) -4 lbs. CW-126 (4.26.07) -12 lbs. total Goal #2-20 lbs. by 5/25/07 GW-110

great minds! well just take it slow and do half.. phen is a wonderful thing.. just feed your body healthy foods and drink drink that water.. ugh!.. its very true the water does make a huge difference... drink and drink and drink some more!! good luck!

I'm in the same boat. Got my phen yesterday, at last, and now I'm afraid to take one. Have cut several in half and have just taken a little less that 1/2 (30mg)so hope I don't jump out of my skin.
What's with all the water? I know if you drink too much of it you can delete all the potasium in your bod. I'm for 8 glasses but more than that and I'd have to live in the bathroom. |
