Hello everyone! Well I'm just here because I got hooked on writing and getting replies from people that have or have had the same struggles I have. Well I am very excited at my first month weight in I went from 252lbs to 240...I am so proud of myself and I'm happy someone told me to take the 5-HTP for my moods it has really helped me. I'm so happy there is people out there that we don't know and yet we can count on. Thanx everyone.

Hey, what is 5-hp. I didn't know about the mood swings. Now that I think about it, it's true. Do you take a b12 shot as well?

I just had my 2 week appoinment and the doctor told me that I can take that 5-HTP and that will help with my cravings in the evenings. She said I can take up to 100mg per day. I have a bottle, but I'm going to wait until I hit a plateau. She said it helps with moods too. Hope this info helps you!

.I know that's very exciting! I haven't had a problem with mood swings yet.I have been on Phen since May 31.

5-HPT is a natural supplement that helps with appetite suppresant, for mood swings, and sleep I take 100mg. I take it at 5AM only because I do an early shift at work, I start working at 4:15AM and get off at 12:45PM so for me it just works taking it at 5AM and taking my Phentermine at 9AM. I don't take the B12 shots but I have heard they really help with speeding up the metabolism and I have been debating on taking the shots, but I hate needles I would rather take a pill.

Most pharmacies have it among the vitamins. I can't remember where I bought it, but a lot of posters said it was cheapest at Walmart. I'm buying it there when I run out. I think they said it was 7 or 8 $

Yeah they have it at Wal*Mart, Walgreens, CVS....I had purchased mine at the weight loss clinic I go to. Hope this helps. They said if I so take it to take it right before bedtime.
