Goal Weight: 30

I was taking the 30mg and lost 20pounds. I stop taking the 30mg for about two months but now I am taking the 37.5mg.I have not seen any weight loss yet I have been taking these for some time now Can some one help me.Do any one think that the 30mg is better than the 37.5mg
