Side effects

I am new a new member. I started taking Phen and it was great. I no longer felt like eating.That made it easier to pick and choose what I ate and the portion size. I started Weds and lost 3-4 pounds by Sat. On Sunday I started to feel like I could feel the my blood thicken and flowing threw my veins in my neck and arms. This started to worry me. I was also experiencing an increased heart beat at night. I stopped taking Phen and I want to now has anyone else experienced these side effects. I really want to take the pills again. They were working pretty well besides this.

The racy heart beat is a side effectfor alot of people including myself.Take half a pill and see how you feel.That helped me.Good luck and congrats on your weight loss!

Does the racy heart beat ever go away with time? This is my first day on 37.5 use to take 30 mg and I feel the difference right now as it is midnight and I am not sleeping at all. I am struggling with this yoyo diet for the past 4 years and just when I think I control the weight it creeps back on and some plus some. Hope the 37.5 works faster than the 30 mg it took me 3 months to get to my goal weight last time and now. CW 163 GW 125
