Hiya Folks,

Love the web site, its really usefull!

Taken my First Phen this morning, and I'm sitting here patiently waiting for the side affects / anything to happen!!

How long should it be before anythinng happens? I took it at 8.30am (now 11.20 uk time!)

is it hours? Days? anything i should look for?

you will probably notice later today that you have more energy. The first day I took it I didnt take a nap (I always did before ) And I got sooo much done cleaning my house. Just dont sit there, get up and do something, you will see a difference.Good Luck!
