Shae - Thanks. I lost a lot in my first week (water weight probably), that's why my overall total is high. Now I'm losing 2-3lbs. a week on average.
What am I doing? Well, I cut out sugar and starches on day one. I don't really follow an exercise routine, but I work with kids so I participate in their PE and recess every day, which gives me a workout. I have a 5 yo so on the weekends I'm busy with him riding bikes, swimming, running around in the yard, etc. If I make exercise fun, it doesn't seem like work.
I'm taking Phen-D, not regular Phen. That's why I take it 3x a day, which is a normal dosage for Phen-D. No headaches now, but I did get them for a few days when I cut out sugar/starches from my diet.
