I have read several post of people splitting their pills in half. Taking half in the morning and half in the afternoon.

Just what I have read... I think I may do the same too. I just ordered my pills today.

I exercise everyday in the afternoon, so I am very hungry at night. My doctor suggested I take my 37.5 in the afternoon, about a 1/2 hour before lunch. It seems to be working. I'm still hungry after I exercise, but once I start eating dinner I'm able to feel full without devouring my whole plate. Oh, also, i wait about 1 1/2 - 2 hours after breakfast before I take it.
