Did anyone else have this happen? I exercise 3 times a week for about an hour at a gym. I am taking 37.5 mg. of Phentermine per day. Tomorrow is week 2 and nothing - not 1 little pound has come off.
What gives?

also your calorie intake is very important, if you havent been eatting enough your body could be in starvation mode,also are you drinking enough water?

Hang in there. Maybe one day it'll all Fall off. You're probably losing inches. Do you feel better? Does the Phen give you energy?

I believe that is what is happening to me. I started Phen 4/6 and to date, 8 pounds. I reached that technically early this week. On day 7, the scale said 8 pounds lost, but it was water lost. I restepped on the scale 3 days later and saw 5 pounds added. Yeah, I freaked- but got info from our forums. So, I am still "here". I can say, I am good if I get close to 1,000 calories a day. I have improved tremendously on water intake, and I exercise to the Firm for 40 minutes now and weight lifting 4 days out of the week. Close feel the same and the scale is of no help. So, it has to be not enough calories. So, it really could be that very important factor, calories.

Try drinking a ton of water & make sure every couple of hours you eat something. My scales have been stuck for 2 weeks but yesterday I noticed a pair of my "tight" jeans were loose again. Despite the awful scale I see body shape changes. Then this morning I weighed & lost 4 lbs. I think what helped me was increasing my calories. Check your calories b/c if it's too low it will put your body in starvation mode and you won't lose. Good Luck!

I agree, I'm still at 9lbs lost since 3/17, been there for about 3wks but my jeans are loose so I don't mind the fat shifting around, LOL.

This is what I was told about working out and losing weight. When someone like me who is fairly lazy..ok extremely lazy about going to the gym and working out...actually starts to work out regularly, the muscles in our bodies retain water to protect themselves from the assault. That makes it look like you have either gained weight , or stayed the same. It takes about 3 weeks for your muscles to release the water, after the 3 weeks you will be smiling at the scale so don't give up!!
Just because you have the right to do something....doesn't mean it's the right thing to do.
