I always post when it is good news, Soo-- Not only did I not take my pill today, I ate everything in site and I had NO water. If taking a nap is excersize then I did that twice.. I am slipping out of control--- Please help me stop!!!

JANET, I know your going through a tough time and thats ok....Tomorrow is another day..I have forgotten to take my pill every now and then but I didn't hardly eat, but you have some tough things going on right now so its tough right now...If this helps you, I want you to think of me when your feeling down, Since I feel like I'm your partner through this I want you think of me when your feeling not so well..I look for your posts so I can help you the best that I can.. I forgive you for what you have done and you know that it was something that you wouldn't normaly do so lets forget and forgive....Tomorrow is a new day, and I hope its a better one for you..Your doing so great and I know you can do this..I'm hear for you as a partner and a friend..You can do this for yourself, I have faith in you...Think positive no matter what, I'm here for you....Toni

Toni- Thankyou so much for caring! I decided to read some posts to take my mind off of my bad day and when I saw yours, I was inspired! You are right, what is one bad day? When I wake up tomorrow, I will be better- Maybe I can learn to forgive myself? Thanks for holding my hand in the dark- Wish you lived closer!
