hi fluffie - my dr has me taking lots of other things too. i'm on phen 1/2 in a.m. and 1/2 in p.m., then daily i take chrom, b-factor, ess fatty acid, potassium, a multi-vit, plus meridia 1/day.
i can get a b12 shot weekly, but its not necessary. he put me on 1200 calories, so i drink 2 meal replacement shakes (optifast) and eat 1 regular meal then i eat 2 bars (optifast) for snack. I'm not hungry 1/2 the time, but he told me to try it out for 2 weeks.
I have lost many inches, my clothes are fitting loose. I haven't weighed myself because I want to wait until Nov 1 and hopefully see a big difference.
See what your dr says and go by what he tells you. I think the drs all have good ways to help us lose weight. Take care and Keep me posted!
