Go m&m! Thats great progress and you should be proud of yourself! Especially with a nic like m&m, seriously I think I just gained a half pound typing it.
Do you know what I saw in the store the other day? Black & White m&m's. Those cruel candy makers want us to fall prey to there clever marketing ploys as if all the fat & calories comes from the dye????? But I shall not be tempted, those devilish fiends will not make me succumb!! (insert maniacal laughter here)

I have browsed through this board quite a bit and you are the only person that's close to my starting weight. I was wondering if you would like to latch onto each other for support and encouragement?
