Hello and Welcome to phenland. I'm glad u found us and stick around u will find lots of advice and tips here to help. Goodluck to u and I wish u much success on your weightloss goals

Got this from a earlier post where someone was explaining the difference between the two

The blue capsules aren't timed release, timed release means they're designed to release a controlled precise amount of the meds at regular intervals throughout the day at the same mg creating an even absorbtion.

They're slow release, which means they break open and are absorbed slowly which makes the medicine last longer. With slow release it can depend on the persons body. Some peoples digestive system may break and absorb the meds quicker or slower so the effectiveness will still depends on the person. The amount of absorbtion isn't precise.

The 30 mg capsules like the generic Ionomin actually only contain 24 mg of phentermine. The yellow are filled with a resin form of phentermine and are suppose to be in the slow release category just like the blue capsules. Generally when a medicine is in a resin capsule (not to be confused with a gelatin capsule) it breaks down slowly and is a "slow release med"

The tablets are stronger because they are the full mg indicated on the bottle 37.5 They're not timed or slow release. The benifit of the tablet is the ability to cut the tablet in half and control your dosage how you see fit. Some take half a day, some take a whole, some take half before breakfast and half at lunch. Its more flexable. The tablets are a generic form of Adipex.

I am not sure how phen will work for u. But I got energy from them. I didnt get the supression but alot of people have. Just know that its only a tool and u really have to do the rest to successfully get it off and keep it off.
