Hi,

I'm Adrienne and I love to eat!!!! I started phen a week ago today and I have lost 5.5 lbs.!!! I have done Atkins for years and have done very well. My downfall is weekends. We are always running and socializing and I just couldn't stick to it on the weekends, especially if I had a few drinks. I was able to maintain this way but not lose any more weight. Well, then I tried phen again. I took it about 7 years ago and decided to try again. It has been awesome. I am rarely hungry. I was able to make it through our county fair last weekend and actually lost weight even though I was around all that fair food for 3 days! That is huge!! I am now watching my calories and trying to keep my meals lower carb. Not as strict now with the carbs as I had been which is nice, but still avoiding empty carb calories. Once I get below 142 I will be in unchartered territory. I know I will see 130 this time. Looking forward to posting with everyone!

Thanks Choco-cat! You look wonderful. What a great job you've done. Our stats are pretty similar. I love that you put a goal height! I would love to be taller too. Wouldn't it be great to have nice long legs. I always feel like mine are stumps covered with cellulite!

Where in Illinois do you live?
My brother and his fiance live in Peoria.

Your goal weight is 130? I'm afraid I'd start looking too skinny at 130. Of course I say that now, when I'm still 9 pounds away from it! lol! I'll get to 135 then re-evaluate.

We go to Peoria every Feb. for a convention. We stay at the Par-a-dise Hotel and Casino. Lots of fun. I am in a small town called Jerseyville, it's between Springfield and Alton. I have my goal set for 130 but we'll see as I lose more. I've never been a thin person, always average to large. And I really have to watch it just to stay average. I would love to feel what it's like to be called skinny if only for a day! I will probably be happy at 135.

Hello My name is Chelly,
I'm new to Phentermine also. I have been taking it now for 2 months and I have already lost 16 lbs. I'm so excited with the results so far. I'm a soldier stationedo in Texas so I have to stay within my weight, howeverI'm not just doing it for the military but also to get my old self back. I'm 5'8 and currently weigh 181. Thank goodness for height. I have 4 children and the last one was a whopper. He was 11lbs and he was early. SO he really put the weight on me. Before children I only weighed 115. I never want to be that small again... But I think 150 will be just fine. I look forward to talking to everyone.
