Hi,I'm Adrienne and I love to eat!!!! I started phen a week ago today and I have lost 5.5 lbs.!!! I have done Atkins for years and have done very well. My downfall is weekends. We are always running and socializing and I just couldn't stick to it on the weekends, especially if I had a few drinks. I was able to maintain this way but not lose any more weight. Well, then I tried phen again. I took it about 7 years ago and decided to try again. It has been awesome. I am rarely hungry. I was able to make it through our county fair last weekend and actually lost weight even though I was around all that fair food for 3 days! That is huge!! I am now watching my calories and trying to keep my meals lower carb. Not as strict now with the carbs as I had been which is nice, but still avoiding empty carb calories. Once I get below 142 I will be in unchartered territory. I know I will see 130 this time. Looking forward to posting with everyone!
