Thread: 2nd day-totally different than the first

    So, im new..HI :]

    I just started taking phen for the first time yesterday, and although I was not hungry the entire day it really had no other effect on me.
    This morning i took one before heading to class at 9, and now it is close to noon and i am having a totally different feeling than yesterday. Is this normal??

    I feel very alert and normally i am very sluggish in the mornings, and i am not tired at all. ( WHICH IS GREAT!) :]

    but i thought it was kinda weird that i didnt feel this way yesterday, oh well i guess.

    also im a huge snacker but super picky about what i eat. im not hungry at all, but i need energy to work out and such, does anyone know any snacks that are great for on the go?

    I usually feel different every day.

    I eat a banana before I go to the gym. I got after work and before dinner. Other options might be some turkey/chicken breast, a handful of nuts, a string cheese, trail mix, etc.
    HW -- 229 11/28 (Weight Watchers)
    SW -- 209 04/28 (Phen)
    CW -- 205 05/05 (first goal of 10% achieved!)
    CW -- 194.5 06/04 (second goal of ONEDERLAND met!!)
    CW -- 189 06/29 -- stopped Phen
    CW -- 185 07/21 (third goal of second 10% met!!!)

    Next goal -- 178 (BMI under obesity!)

    Goodbye 200's!

    Almonds are good, I eat peanuts too. They are great to ward off hunger.

    yeah, i usually eat a handful of the large pretzels ( about 5). and its fine for me, thanks :]] are there cheeses that are good/bad?

    Most cheese is pretty high in fat. Of course, if you eat a small amount, you'll be fine. I eat reduced fat hard cheeses, reduced fat Babybell, feta or cottage cheese. Sometimes I'll use regular bleu cheese or gorgonzola on a salad, I just measure it out. The taste difference is barely there. I don't eat string cheese... I'm from Wisconsin (not living there now) and can't eat the stuff that's individually packaged. I need the good stuff!
