Im currently taking phentermine 30mg (blue/clear capsule R-173). I notice that most people are taking 37.5 HCI. I understand this means is extended release, but is it a slow dose being released during the day? how many hours dose it stay in the body? can you give me more information on how is it diferent? My concern is that the first hour or two feels strong which gives me side effects such as nervousness, after a while I'm ok. Does the HCI feel the same or is it strong during all the day?
