Hey--don't give up. Old "Aunt Flo" probably just made your cravings worse. What milligrams are you taking.
My period did the same thing the first month I was on Phen--in fact, it was a little messed up the 2nd month too--but the last month, it was normal.
My starting weight and height were close to the same--I'm an inch shorter though, and those pounds really showed--not an ounce of muscle to start with I don't think!
Take advantage of the phen, and start good habits now! Use sugar busters, the Zone, Atkins, Weight Watchers or some tool to help you during this time. Drink plenty water--at least 64oz., and exercise--even if it is just like walking for 20 min. My doc said just walk till you begin to sweat when I first started, and just that little really helped!
