I am so glad I found this board.
My family does not know I'm taking Phentermine yet. I've tried so many ways to lose weight that I finally decided I needed medical help. My fiance thinks 'all diet drugs are dangerous' and I know he will be worried about this. I've got clothes of all sizes in my closet ... the smallest is a size 14 dress, the largest is a size 28 jeans ... right now I'm in a 22. If he only understood how out of control I feel sometimes. I just want to stop yoyo'ing.
My goal is to get back into that dress.

Hey..I know the feeling of being out of control. my boyfriend says that i am beautiful and as crazy as it sounds i just really want him to say that i need to loose weight. he doesnt like diet pills either but he knows that i am taking them. he supports me but i dont think he thinks it is the best way.

Yes my Phen is a secret. No one but the person who told me about it knows I'm on it. Not my husband, parents, sister, no one. I didn't want them to think "oh she's loosing weight because of a pill, she'll gain it back when she stops taking it"....I'd rather keep it this way since I don't want to deal w/ all the remarks of what they think of it.

Yes and no for me. I was losing before I tried Phen thinking I would lose faster but didnt. I only told a few people only because I didnt want them to think that it took a magic pill to get me where I am.

My husband knows that I am taking an appetite supressant but has no idea what it really is -or how much I paid for it! He would probably just worry! I have not told my mother or sisters because they would freak out & tell me to quit taking them. I reall feel good when on the phen & I don't feel like I am keeping any secrets. I just don't have to tell them all everything! I am sure that they don't tell me everything that they do!!!

Anyway-Good luck & also I am glad to know I am not the only one who is a "CLOSET PHEN USER

Well ~ Yes, My husband thinks im ordered vitamens and well i had them sent to my mother in laws house cuz you need a signature and i work I told her (I opened I was so excited) that they were a mail order item for allergies. But like all you, My husband thinks all pills are addictive. I just need to exercise. I look fine. I love that he's so conserned but they dont know how or what we feel inside(pain& anger). anyways it's really not a secret cuz we all know

My phen is a secret too. I done some research on how to use phen. I also have watched my diet and exercise. I am learning a healthy way of life. I wanted something to help me with my appetite until I felt confident to control it. I have that help with phen and at this point I don't regret keeping it a secret. If my family would be supportive I wouldn't have a problem telling them but that's not the case.
