Hi Everyone,

I'm new and I have been reading some of the topics on here...which are great by the way!!! But I just wanted to get some more feedback from those who have taken the phentermine pills, those who have stopped, etc...any and all feedbacks are honestly welcomed! And yes of course I'm skeptical because I've tried a millions diet pills and nothing worked at all. Oh and I went to the doctors for a regular check-up yesterday and discovered that I weigh 198lbs, and at 5'0" that is extremely bad !!! I dont look it, but it's scary to know that I weigh that much!! I want to get back down to a cute 160lbs by my birthday which is July 5th! I know I'm not eating right, and I eat extremely big portions, eat when I'm full, just because it's there, or if I'm emotional...which, I know, aren't good excuses, but it's hard to diet when I know there are mouth-watering foods out here. I want to lose, but I need some encouragement from those who have suffered with weight gaining issues. I dont want to be too small or too big, so that's my set weight goal (160lbs), and hopefully from all of your feedbacks it will convince me enough to start on the phentermine myself. What are some of your side effects with taking the phentermine?

P.S. Have anyone tried the Slendertone Flex Abs Belt and if so, does it work?

Hey I am 5ft as well.. I know what you eman that is bad bad...

Make sure you dirnks lots and lots of water.. it will prevetnthe drymouth and it will help you to not retain water. Try at least 64 ozs a day and work up from there...

For portion sizing.. try eating off a smaller plate. If you liek to see a full plate eat off of a smaller plate so that way it seems eye appealing. When you are full quit eating! If you are into frozen entrees it helps you to keep your portions down and calories intake on th4 meals range from 240-360. IF anything try replacing one of your meals with a Lean cuisine helathy choice meals.

When youa re full put you playte away. It will be there later.. it isnt gonne go away...

Some experience I think headaches.. just dirnk water and it should pass....

CONGRATS on makuing the first few choices on startung your weightloss this pace is laods of support and motivating one another! Keep us posted and let us know how you are doing...

Exercise! make sure you are trying to get in some.. start slow.. take a few short minute walks then work your time up.. and go from there.. ok?
