I was on Phen for 8 weeks earlier this year, and lost 24#. Unfortunatly, I stopped excersising, and have gained back 12 #.
I am starting again tomorrow, but only have less than a 2 month supply, so I will see what happens this time. Excersise and EATING ENOUGH (believe it or not)is THE KEY!! I walked 2-4 miles a day, and the weeks I walked at least 3 times, and made myself eat healthy meals, even if I wasnt hungry, were the weeks I lost the most (one time 7#)
I always start things on Monday, cant any other day of the week. Good luck to bith of us, and to everyone else out there with a goal to achieve! God Bless us all!
