You can take fiber while on phen with no problem. I recommend it, actually. Fiber is good for all of us, and studies show certain kinds can especially help with blood sugar spikes after a big meal (which can lead to fat retention).
I was taking glucomannan supplements (fiber from a root) 30 min before meals, but found that guar gum works just as well and is much cheaper. Capsules are in 700mg form, or you can take the powder mixed with a liquid and drink it. The fiber taken with a large glass of water fills up your stomach and keeps hunger at bay, as well as absorbing some of the fat you ingest.
I make sure to take the phen before I take fiber capsules though. I don't want the fiber stalling the absorption of phentermine.

Some regulars here take Colon Cleanse or Colonix, which is a complete system cleanse with decent results. You can try the tea suggestions as well. Senna is pretty common in dieter's tea, but it aggravates some people and they can't drink it without severe diarrea.
